Die maker expanding in Poland
NOTA is a Polish producer of high quality
wire drawing dies made from natural diamond, PCD or synthetic diamond (Monodie 111, Sumicrystal).
Six years ago, the company opened a second factory, where a modern laser diamond-drilling machine (type YAG) with full PC control has been installed. A modern
system of steering, together with a unique system of setting up the sharp material, achieves a full geometry of the wire
drawing die. This new laser diamond drilling system allows NOTA to fulfill all its customers’ requirements.
The company offers diamond and polycrystalline wire drawing dies, extrusion tools and tips, diamond powders and pastes, as well as a full recutting, piercing on the laser and polishing dies service.
