New kid on the wire drawing block

Euroalpha is a new company in the wire drawing equipment market for non ferrous materials. It specialises in equipment for copper, aluminium and aluminium alloys. Euroalpha’s equipment range comprises:

line for rod breakdown machine, single and double wire, with slip control, tandem and compact
intermediate machine, single and twin wire
multiwire from 4 to 48 wires
annealer for multi-wire and rod breakdown
payoffs, both manual and automatic
Static and dynamic spoolers: manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic

Its latest rod breakdown machine is the compact R1 that has drawing capstans arranged in two rows. It has been constructed with ergonomics in mind to make it user-friendly and easy to maintain.

The tandem rod breakdown machine R3 is horizontal in design, and can operate at speeds up 40m/s.

The drawing capstan is fully submerged and there is an individual drive for each capstan.
