TJK of China targets market in developing countries
TJK is in the business of designing, developing, manufacturing and supplying bending and welding equipment for the building industries and says its machines are particularly suitable for developing countries as the machines are “economic and reliable”.
One of its products is an automatic stirrup bending machine for the building industry. It is controlled by CNC and equipped
with many electric and pneumatic parts, imported from Germany and Japan, such as the PLC, servomotor and reducer.
It can handle diameters from 5–14mm, has a maximum advancing speed up to 90m a minute and can produce at a rate of up to 1800 pieces per hour. TJK offers this machine for sale at US$60,000.
TJK claims to be the first manufacturer
of wire mesh welding machinery from China. Its range for the building industry is flexible being equipped with quick change-over features and a line wire feeding system with two servo-motors from Lenz and a controlling system from Siemens, both of Germany.
These ensure a maximum welding speed up to 60 rows per minute and maintain high precision.
