| Founded in 1968, Hong Tai Electric Industrial Co Ltd, Taiwan, specialises in the manufacture of power and communication wires and cables, as well as bare copper wires. In terms of power cables, Hong Tai has dedicated itself to the research and development of high value-added products and product diversification and the company is today one of the few manufacturers accredited by the Taiwan Power Company to supply 69kV � 161kV extra high-voltage power cables. The company�s portfolio of communication cables comprises PE-PVC indoor cables, PE-PVC indoor digital cables, PE-JF PCM cables, PE-PVC drop wires, GAS-DAM cables, PVC-PVC terminating cables, etc. To provide the best product quality, Hong Tai has purchased the most efficient production equipment and automatic warehousing system. The company is also recognised by the Industrial Development Bureau as the first computer-integrated-manufacturing factory of wire and cable in Taiwan.
