On the extrusion side, TEC offers complete Tight Buffer, Loose Tube and Jacketing Lines. TEC manufactures Pay-offs, Extruders, Hot/Cold Water Trough Systems, Intermediate Capstans, Belt Pullers, Belt Wrap Capstans, Dancers, Accumulators and a wide assortment of Take-ups (Single and Dual Reel).
Single Twist Cabling line complete with Neutralizing Pay-offs, Taping and Binding Heads are available on the cabling side. The company has complete Aramid Fibre Serving Lines up to 120 ends and specialty hybrid cabling lines (fibre/coax/category). Control systems are custom designed ranging from individual discrete controls to touch screen, PLC based systems with factory networking capabilities. TEC offers complete system integration using additional purchased items such as preheaters, diameter/capacitance/concentricity measurement systems, resin loading systems and crossheads, and complete on-site start-up and/or line installation. Individual components are also available as required.
