| From its facilities in North America and Europe, the I.C.E. Group, Canada, designs and manufactures complete turnkey installations for the wire processing industry. The company's portfolio includes austenitising furnaces, fluid-bed quench furnaces, fluid-bed annealing furnaces, fluid-bed diffusion furnaces, acid cleaning systems, galvanising furnaces and many other integral systems for the efficient and effective production of high and low-carbon wire. New developments include the revolutionary Electro-Magnetic Wiping (EMW) System, developed in conjunction with Pacific Wire Technologies, New-Zealand, and providing industry leading coating concentricity, weight precision and cost savings. Wire manufacturers have been using I.C.E. technology for many years to produce high and low-carbon wire at speeds exceeding DV 200. Achieving higher speeds and greater throughput, our more than 60 fluid beds world-wide are producing in excess of 200 tonnes of high-quality ferrous wire every hour. The group also offers on-site servicing, routine servicing with every contract and ongoing training of personnel to ensure proper operation of I.C.E equipment, as well as improved efficiency of production.
