New machinery offers greater capacity in the stranding of 7 up to 127 fine wires for the composition of stranded conductors which can accommodate very thin wall insulation as well as mechanical applications.
Inserlec's core activity is the production of copper strands (bare, silver-, nickel-, special alloy-plated). Equipped with the latest advanced machinery, the company combines adaptability, flexibility and creativity with sustained production follow-up and control, ingenious design and production methods which respect customers� needs with the shortest of delivery times.
With its international outlook (40% of turnover from exports), services approach (catering to all individual demands for small or large quantities and very often helping customers plan for or define their needs), and thanks to its high technology and strict controls, the French company's stranded wires for the cable industry are mainly used in the leading edge of technology, such as medicine, aeronautics, aerospace, automotive (on-board electronics), data transmission, computers, military, petrol research and production, robotics (flexible cables), TGV (French High-Speed Train). The company bought a new machinery which is capable of stranding from 7 up to 100 ultra-fine wires. The company adapts its machinery to meet its own specific production needs, meaning it can take orders of anything from a few kilos up to several tonnes.
