| Since 1997, Commercial Polymers, Malaysia, has specialised in the production low-voltage crosslinkable polyethylene compounds. Among the company's product range, is a Copo-Link compound which is a moisture crosslinkable silane grafted polyethylene designed for use as an insulation layer on copper or aluminium conductors in low-voltage power cable applications. Available for both local and international markets, Copo-Link is available under the following grades: CXL-7799NT, CXL-2323NT and CXL-8899MB.
Two years ago, the Malaysian company launched another series of black jacketing compound, branded Copo-Lene series, which is available under the following grades: LL0018BK (LLDPE), LD0019BK (LDPE), MD0020BK (MDPE) and HD0022BK (HDPE). The Copo-Lene series, designed for power and telecommunication cables, is a black polyethylene designed for cable sheathing applications demanding resistance to weathering.
