Established in 1987, Dimac specialises in the development, engineering and manufacture of high-tech automatic machines for secondary operations, inspection and sorting of fasteners, as well as special parts and components for the cold forming, hot forging, stamping and chip machining industries. Dimac machines enjoy an excellent reputation for high quality and performance, especially in the fasteners and automotive industries.
In 1993 the company presented a new generation of washer assembly machines, which are still considered the best performing automatic washer assembly machines currently available. 1998 saw the development and production of Dimac’s high-speed automatic measuring, inspecting and sorting machines for standard and special components. The success of these machines can be attributed to technical designer know-how combined with the application of modern artificial vision systems and software together with sensors, lasers and non-destructive testing devices.
