At wire 2006, Bilwinco will present a number of its multihead weighers, type BW, and supplementary equipment for the fully automated weighing and packaging of all types of wire/fastener products – nails, screws, bolts, nuts and so on.
Capable of weighing the whole spectrum of portion sizes between 10g and 25kg (and more), all Bilwinco’s multihead weighers can be quickly changed to another product without the need for any mechanical adjustments.
Of particular interest is Bilwinco’s compact BW007H multihead weigher, which combines all the well-known advantages of the multihead weigher with a similar price to a linear weigher.
Another piece of equipment that will be exhibited at the show is the sturdily constructed 7-head weigher which the company says is the smallest and most inexpensive multihead weigher on the market.
It handles products up to 100mm, with a capacity approximately twice as high as that of a linear weigher.
