Pressure Welding Machines Ltd (PWM)
PWM, a leading manufacturer of cold pressure welding equipment, is launching a new compact hydraulic rod welder in Düsseldorf. The P1000 is designed for fast, economical welding of non-ferrous rod.
It has a capacity of 6mm up to 16mm copper and 20mm aluminium. The small footprint, approximately 1200mm square, and gross weight of 1477kg make the P1000 ideal for use in small workshops. Power consumption is minimal and the P1000 requires no heat, flux or fillers.
PWM will also be exhibiting its full range of hand-held cold welders, bench and trolley-mounted machines, and rod welders. Welding capacities span diameters from 0.08mm to 30mm on non-ferrous materials. Demonstrations of the cold welding tech-nique will be given on the stand and visitors can try out the machines for themselves.
