The joint company stand will feature the following new developments and highlights. From Rosendahl: tandem SZ stranding and sheathing line for low voltage cables with combined powdering and torsion lock unit; high-speed automotive wire insu-lation line with patented Rocomat colour change system; production of solid and foamed fluoro (FEP) datacom wires and coaxial cables; complete turnkey equipment package for RF cable production; advanced foaming technology using CO2 gas injection for higher foaming rates.
From Nextrom: production of entirely dry stranded loose tube cables by using super-absorbent polymer (SAP); preform manufacturing solutions for low water peak fibres and speciality fibres based on VAD, soot cladding and MCVD processes; fibre draw towers for large preforms and speciality fibres.
