The company’s machines inspect the screws and nuts and ‘weed out’ those that do not meet specific criteria.
The machines carry out dimensional inspections using progressive cameras of high resolution to 300 pz/min; the presence of cracks is detected with an instrument to eddy current, with speeds of 220 pz/min to angular pursuit, without stopping the pieces under examination.
Other machine options using similar technology can verify the internal dimensions of the hexagonal head, sort nuts on the basis of whether they have flange or not, and confirm the integrity of the nylon washer and the presence of thread.
