TDV (previously named Trefileries des Vosges) is a significant European cold roller of flat wires and special shaped wires. It has an output of 1,300 tonnes a year, of which 65% is exported.
In operation for more than 50 years the company manufactures all kinds of stainless steels, nickel alloys, carbon steels and non ferrous metals such as bronze, brass and Monel. Among its main range of products, TDV says: “We are a leader in V-shape wires used in welded screening technology, in rail profiles for precision railroad models and in ski edges for the ski and snowboard industry. We also deliver products either in coils, on wooden or metallic spools, on bobbins, or cut to size up to 4m in length in wooden crates.”
