At wire 2006 SACMA will present an innovative quick tool change machine with 15mm cut-off capacity at 200mm pieces per minute, with complete crane system for quick tool replacement. With the present model SACMA introduced the quick tool change feature on all machines from 15mm cut-off up to 30mm cut-off.
The company also had a large machine – model SP 660 – with a forging load of 5000 kN that has been differentiated into four different models, two of them with short stroke and two with long stroke, in order to be able to increase the speed if the production of shorter parts is needed.
SACMA has enlarged with the acquisition of Ingramatic, a respected Italian thread roller manufacturer, and is now able to supply thread rolling machines with one or two washer assembly from M8 to M20
