Push-up caters for the tooling needs of the fastener industry as well as other industries engaged in the cold forging and cold forming of automobile products.
Initially the company specialised in the manufacture of cold heading dies of tungsten carbide, but it has now broadened its range to include trim dies of HSS, carbide segmental dies, flat thread rolling dies for machine screws, cylindrical thread rolls, HSS hex inserts, KO pins and hex punches.
The company says it is the only source in India that specialises in the production of tools and dies required for the manufacture of bolts and screws.
Carbide dies are manufactured using the latest software available. Quality checks at all the stages of the manufacturing process, along with carbide procured from renowned companies such as Kennametal–Widia, ensures the produc-tion of high quality dies.
Trimming dies are manufactured on press by hobbing, while thread roll dies are manufactured on the latest CNC machines. Raw materials are procured from renowned companies based in Europe.
