AIM will demonstrate the AccuForm modular AFM-3D1-T CNC wire bending machine with enhanced wire feed capability. The Ultra option allows a feed rate of 150m/min, the Bender 3000deg/sec and tool change time is 170m/sec.
All of AIM’s equipment features simple programming that allows the user to watch a machine simulation generate a part on the screen and prevent damage with the built-in collision detection feature, without having to run any production.
A notable advancement in the AccuForm 3D series is the improved Infinity arm – designed for flexibility without sacrificing performance. The AccuForm product line is offered for both 2D and 3D capabilities, with wire capacities up to 16mm (5/8").
