Pan Chemicals produces special drawing lubricants and coatings for ferrous, non ferrous and stainless steel wire. In addition the company manufactures a range of equipment for the wire industry.
The production programme is wide-ranging. Pan has dry drawing lubricants for: low carbon steel wire, plating quality wire, welding wire, CHQ, high carbon steel wire, drawing after galvanising and high
alloyed steel.
It also has wet drawing lubricants and auxiliary products are available for degreasing, surface treatment, pickling of stainless steel and special applications.
The equipment programme encompasses: high-tech die reconditioning machines; mechanical descalers; sanding belt descalers; Deblaster TR 1 (single wheel shot blaster); in-line shot blasting machines; rotating pressure die boxes; shot blasters for coils; ecological vertical pay-offs; and Borax coating and drying equipment.
