Mobac can supply wire pay-offs and pay-off flyers that are suitable for nearly every application such is the comprehensive range of machines in the company’s portfolio.
Mobac says: “Wherever wire, cable or multiwire has to be payed-off, we offer appropriate solutions whether it be as a single flyer or as a complex frame for single or multi pay-off with up to 24 spool seats
(or more). By using a combination of different wire tension control units and brakes we can assure a trouble-free pay-off even in the case of high speeds and sensitive material.”
The company also supplies winders and spoolers. The TU80/250 take-up is equipped with an adjustable counter with an automatic-stop as well as fast clamping equipment for standard spools. Other options that can be included are a length counter, a wire brake switch is possible and the equipment can alternatively be equipped with two or three spool seats.
Other products from Mobac include Magnetic Particle brakes, Magnetic Par-ticle Clutches and Hysteresis Brakes and Couplings. The latter have applications in the power transmission field where they are used for tension control of wire and cable or glass fibre pay-offs.
