Lukas lists its product highlights as horizontal taping and spinning lines suitable for round and rectangular wires,
covered with glass fibre, Daglas, Glassmax, Kapton, paper, Nomex, mica, synthetic tapes, Teflon and copper tapes.
These cater for wire sizes for round and rectangular wires as well as litz wires 2–120mm² or 0.5–6mm diameter.
At wire 2006 Lukas will also exhibit its vertical taping line and says: “Our engineers will be available to discuss customised versions depending on customers’ individual requests.”
