Q8Oils is the brand name for Kuwait Petroleum International Lubricants. The company is a leading developer and manufacturer of high quality lubricants for the metal manufacturing industry.
Its product range includes Germ-Allcard lubricants for non-ferrous wire drawing, tube drawing, strip rolling and non-ferrous hot rolling applications as well as its branded fastener production lubricants, strip rolling oils and wire rope lubricants.
At wire 2006 the company will be featuring some of its latest technology products which have, through extensive customer trials, proven to provide substantial improvements in lowering production costs and increasing overall productivity, essential in meeting the demands of today’s metal manufacturing industry.
One such product is the Cylroll CR65 – an emulsion concentrate that has set a new standard in the hot rolling of copper rod. Capable of extending roll life by over 100% on a 70 tonnes per hour rolling mill, it is still able to produce the highest quality smooth rod.
