Hatebur‘s range of products includes Hatebur-Coldmatic multistage cold-forming presses with high-speed shearing system and five or six dies for the production of complex shaped parts such as brake hydraulic, steering and suspension parts, spark plug shells, valve spring retainers, fasteners and many other specialties (output up to 210 parts per minute from coiled wire).
Hatebur also produces the Hatebur-Hotmatic multistage hotforming presses (three and four dies) for the production of nuts, bearing race blanks, fittings, gear blanks, wheel flanges, spindles, hubs, constant velocity joints and others (output up to 200 parts per minute from hotrolled bars).
